Danita Harris of WEWS in Cleveland talks Wednesday about when she worked for Black Entertainment Television, one of her first jobs in broadcasting. She was on a Personal Development panel at Scripps Careers Days at the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications at Hampton University. (This was shot with a Flip video camera.)
