Keenan Smith, a meteorologist with WPTV in Palm Beach, Fla., and Robyn Hildal, director of talent and diversity for E.W. Scripps, talk about the importance of internships in getting a job with media companies during a panel discussion on Wednesday at Scripps Days at Hampton University.
